All cakes and treats are securely boxed, to ensure the safest transit. Soulvegan are an ethically run business, and all packaging is made from recyclable and biodegradable material.
Can i get a refund?
Do you post celebration cakes ?
No, Soulvegan do not offer a postal service, we do however deliver to the Cheshire area, *additional charge*
When should I order my celebration cake ?
We ask for two weeks notice (depending how busy we are ) and we ask that you email us before booking your cake through our wensite to make sure we have availablity. Our celebration cakes are ONLY for Cheshire delivery only.
Do you cater for those with allergies ?
Soulvegan does not consider itself a 'free-from' bakery. All our products are vegan, and produced in a vegan environment, so there are no animal products or animal-derived ingredients whatsoever.
Do you cater for those with nut allergies ?
Can I return my purchase ?
As our products are persishable we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see "refunds" above and if you have a complaint or issue, contact emma@soulvegan.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

Under no circumstances do we acknowledge a purchase contract until you have received an order
confirmation and an item dispatch email from us. The order confirmation email verifies that you
have made an offer to purchase goods from our website. If we discover any errors in your order
(incorrect pricing or insufficient stock, for example) then we will notify you ASAP via email.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
We will never dispatch an order until it has been paid for in full. We reserve the right to cancel
your order and refund the cost in full. Payment will be collected through our chosen payment
provider.
Purchases made through the Soulvegan Vegan Bakery website are non-transferable.
We reserve the right to change the price of any product(s) at any time, without prior notice.
